Christmas Money Tracker

The Christmas Money Tracker puts the whole of Christmas in one Google Sheet. Set your total budget, split it across the spending categories, and log what you spend as you go. The dashboard shows where the money is going and how much is left, so you can see whether Christmas is on track or quietly getting away from you.

It includes the Christmas Gift List, so presents sit right alongside everything else, with one row per person and totals that update as you go.

It works on your laptop and your phone, so you can check it mid-shop, and you can share it with your partner so you're both working from the same numbers.
