Do you want to incorporate yoga into your health plan but you need help to know WHICH type, HOW and WHEN to do it? 
Or have you been wanting to "pick my brains" about managing our symptoms? 

This special one-off session is for those who want to pick my brain about yoga or living with chronic pain and fatigue or would like to discuss an ongoing program of personalised yoga with me. 

Maybe you have been following my work for a while and would like to add yoga into your health plan but you are not sure how, when or where. I will sit down with you and you can ask all of your questions. 

Our session will be 45 minutes and take place via Zoom – I will send you a link once you have booked your time (instructions for this are included in the download you receive upon purchase).

3. You ask me any questions you have

Sessions are paid in advance. We recognise that our issues can sometimes unexpectedly flare up - please try to give 12 hours notice of cancelation. No shows with no communication will not be refunded.
