Autumn Leaves Adventure Pack | Printable Family Activities

Follow the colors. Discover the changes together.

A familiar path can become a new adventure when the leaves begin to change. Autumn Leaves invites adults and children to slow down, explore small details, play with what they notice, and come home with a story.

You do not need to identify every tree or carry special equipment. Choose a safe yard, park, garden edge, or trail, bring a pencil or crayons, and follow your curiosity.

Inside the 13-page pack, you can:

• Build a color trail, letting each discovery suggest the next.

• Play an outline guessing game and compare nearly matching leaves.

• Explore texture with an optional gentle rubbing or a sketch.

• Turn real leaf veins into an imaginary road map and meet along the way.

• Predict how fallen leaves might move, then watch what actually happens.

• Separate what you can see from what you wonder about autumn changes.

• Let a leaf open a personal story and create a tiny autumn gallery.

• Save a favorite memory and return to the same viewpoint another day.

What you receive

One ZIP containing three 13-page PDF print editions and START_HERE.txt:

• US Letter (8.5 x 11 inches)

• A4 (210 x 297 mm)

• Low-Ink US Letter, with a simple line-art cover and grayscale accents

All three editions contain the same activities. Choose one edition and print only the pages you want. These are printable PDFs, not fillable forms.

Made for exploring together

Parents, grandparents, caregivers, and other adults can enjoy this pack with children. Read instructions aloud, draw, talk, or write a few words. You can skip activities and return another day. No reading-level or age-specific outcome is promised.

Explore respectfully

An adult chooses the location and checks what is safe. Keep living leaves on their plants. Handle safe fallen leaves only where permitted; drawings and photos work when leaves should stay put. Read the safety guidance before exploring.

Digital download only. No physical product, leaves, or equipment are shipped. This pack is a separate product; it is not included in the existing three-adventure Explore Together bundle.

The adventure isn't just about what you find. It's about what you discover together.
