A little help getting started.

Here is how to open and print your Rockhound Adventure Pack. Need a hand? Use Contact with your order number and a short description of the problem.

Open your download

1. Use the download link from your completed order and save Rockhound_Customer_Download.zip to your device.

2. Extract or unzip the archive before opening the PDFs. On a phone or tablet, look in Files or Downloads; the exact controls vary by device.

3. Choose warm color Letter, warm color A4, or low-ink Letter. All three formats contain the same 13-page adventure. Read START_HERE for the included instructions.

Print your pages

Choose the PDF that matches your paper size. Print portrait, one-sided, at actual size / 100%. For low-ink Letter on A4 paper, choose Fit to page and check the preview. Ordinary printer paper works well. These pages are printable, not fillable forms.

Need to troubleshoot?

If your receipt is missing, check the email address used at checkout and your spam folder. Keep the receipt link for future access.

If a PDF will not open, extract the ZIP first. If your phone cannot extract it, try a computer.

If a download limit prevents access, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. Please do not send payment card details, passwords, or children’s personal information.
