Kaarna Scarf
This is a fun textured design that combines simple knit and purl rib patterns for an interplay of ribbing, basketweave pattern and contrast colour stripes.
It is worked in fingering weight / 4ply wool and the narrow asymmetrical triangle shape is worked form the narrow tip to the wide end that features a bobbled bind off.
Process
This scarf is worked flat and work begins at the tip of the triangle.
The shape of the scarf is created by increases along right edge on every row and decreases along left edge on every other row.
