6 Week 1:1 Midlife Nervous System Recalibration

Each session is 60 minutes.

Each session is online so it does not matter where you are located geographically.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this therapy?

No. This is nervous system regulation and somatic support. It is educational, experiential, and body-based.


It is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, this work can complement that support.


What platform do we use?

Sessions are held via zoom video call. You will receive all booking and access details after purchase.


Do I need any experience with this kind of work?

No. Everything is guided and explained as we go. You do not need to know anything about nervous system work before we begin.


What if I have, or think I may have ADHD?

This program is designed with ADHD in mind. Sessions are structured but flexible. There is no homework, no long reading lists, and no expectation that you will show up perfectly.


Is there a refund policy?

Because this is a 1:1 program with sessions scheduled personally for you, refunds are not offered once sessions begin.
