"I can't believe the difference in my daughter since doing Karen's sleep meditation. My daughter is 11 and has had trouble sleeping for the last 2 years, we would often have to sit with her in her room to help her get to sleep, or she would wake in the night and then often end up in our in our bed, or sleeping in our room.
