Place Galaxy of Water where you can sit before it without distraction.

1. Sit comfortably, feet grounded, hands resting gently on your lap.
2. Gaze into the spiral centre and imagine it is a pool of living water under the stars.
3. Inhale slowly through your nose, imagining the water’s cool calm flowing into you.
4. Hold your breath for a gentle count of three, letting the calm expand inside your body.
5. Exhale softly through your mouth, releasing any tension or heaviness into the water — see it dissolve in the cosmic current.
6. Repeat for seven breaths, each time feeling lighter, clearer, and more attuned to your inner tides.
