A UAT test script for the Manufacturing module, based on an example end-to-end production scenario for manufacture of a paint roller. The process covers Bill of Materials setup, routing configuration through three workstations, production order creation and release, material consumption, production output posting, finished goods receipt, and cost variance analysis. The script is a comprehensive 60 step test through 12 phases.

For a PM, manufacturing is the most complex module in any ERP system and the one where misconfiguration has the most immediate operational impact — this script provides a structured, scenario-based validation that the production model is correctly configured before operators depend on it in live production.
