
Our BASIC Program Test Curriculum.
Not to be underestimated, this is our test program for beginners—applicable both in the true essence of the word and for those returning to workouts after a long break or recovering from an injury. With basic exercises, we assess your current fitness level.
If you want to test yourself further, perform each exercise consecutively, taking only one minute of rest after every sixth exercise.
The program:
- Explains the muscle or muscle group targeted by each workout.
- Details each exercise, including the number of repetitions, time, distance, and minimum weight.
- Provides guidelines on what to do and what not to do.
