• We want you to feel safe and reassured about your order. That is why all our shipments, with the exception of smaller shipments, are provided with a tracking code via the Swiss Post "Die POST". This allows you to see where your package is online and receive it without setbacks or hassles.
• For smaller orders like flowers, a hair accessory or other decorations we don't provide a tracking code, but don't worry we'll send you a message when your package leaves our store to let you know it's on its way.

• If the item is marked as 'Ready to ship', shipping will take place as follows:

Return, refund and exchange conditions

For us it is important that the description of each item is clear and detailed, so I recommend you carefully read all the details of your order before making your purchase as unfortunately we do not accept returns for changes of mind.

It does not usually happen, but in case the item received has a defect it is important that you:

- Contact us by email within 3 days after your purchase and thus assess the situation and correct the problem.

- Once the situation has been evaluated, you will have 15 days to return your item, as long as the item is in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.

- Once your return is received, we will review it and if it meets the aforementioned conditions, we will contact you to notify you of the approval of your refund, which will be sent immediately by the same payment method that you originally used. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take a few days to process this refund.

- Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any return costs or customs duties or taxes in your country.

- We do not accept returns of personalized items or items that have been purchased on sale.
