WHAT IT DOES

• Inventory: one row per item, from purchase to sale, with cost, source, listed date, platform, sold price and shipping

• Platform fee worked out on every sale from your own fee settings (percent, fixed fee per order, and whether the fee applies to shipping)

• Net profit, ROI % and days to sell for every item

• Status updates itself: Unlisted, Listed, Stale or Sold

• Lots: bought a bin or a bundle? Enter it once and the cost is split evenly across its items

• Expenses: supplies, mileage, storage and subscriptions

WHAT YOU SEE

• Dashboard: items in stock, cash tied up in unsold stock, items sold, gross sales, platform fees, net profit, average ROI, average days to sell and expenses

• Charts: net profit by month and net profit by platform

• Monthly Summary, Platform Summary, and Aging Stock (unsold items, oldest first, with a Stale flag you set)

Fee settings for eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, two custom platforms and local sales are editable starting values. Platform fees change often, so check each platform's current fees and edit them on Setup.

Sample data (40 items, 3 months) is included so you can see how it works. Start Here shows you how to clear it. Formula cells are locked, so you won't overwrite them by accident.

LIMITS

• Up to 1,000 items, 200 lots and 500 expense rows. Aging Stock lists up to 500 unsold items.

• Monthly Summary shows up to 36 months; the Dashboard month chart shows the first 12

• You type your sales in. It doesn't connect to any selling account.

• Lot costs split evenly only
