Inventory and Reorder Tracker Spreadsheet for Small Business

Running out of your best seller is the worst way to find out you needed to reorder. This tracker keeps a running count from what you log. Each item at its reorder point, or within the low-stock buffer you set, shows up on one list, with a suggested order quantity and an estimated cost.

Log what comes in and what goes out. The workbook works out what's on hand, what it's worth and which items actually make you money.

WHAT IT DOES

• Products: one row per SKU with cost, sale price, reorder point, target stock and opening quantity
• On hand updates by itself from Stock In, Sales Out and Adjustments
• Every SKU is marked OK, Low or Out, in color
• Reorder Summary lists Low and Out items (up to 100), out of stock first, with a suggested order quantity, supplier, lead time and estimated cost
• Profit by Item shows units sold, revenue, cost of goods, fees, shipping, gross profit and margin for each SKU, plus 12 months of profit by category
• Adjustments tab for damaged, lost or personal-use items and count corrections

WHAT YOU SEE

• Dashboard: SKUs tracked, units on hand, stock value at cost, retail value, items at or below reorder point, out of stock and gross profit for the month you pick
• Charts: top 10 items by gross profit and stock value by category

Sample data (25 items, 3 months) is included so you can see how it works. Start Here shows you how to clear it. Formula cells are locked, so you won't overwrite them by accident.

LIMITS

• Up to 200 SKUs, 500 stock deliveries, 1,000 sales lines and 300 adjustments. Reorder Summary shows up to 100 items. Setup holds 8 categories and 20 suppliers.
• You type or paste your sales in. It doesn't connect to any shop or store account.
• Single location totals. Each item can carry one optional location label, but stock isn't counted by location.
