Embroidered clocks adorn these traditionally styled socks.
The socks are knitted from the top down with short-row heels. The pattern is fully written, and a chart accompanies clear instructions for applying the clocks.
The toe is grafted using kitchener stitch.
The pattern includes clearly illustrated tutorials for wrap and turn short rows, and for kitchener stitch. The clarity of the written instructions and the illustrated tutorials make this a great pattern for learning how to knit a basic sock with a classic short row heel.
