A mindful 30-minute Aqua Yoga class. A thorough exploration of the Mountain poses in the water to help you gain more balance in and out of the pool as well as cultivate the strength to stand in a more upright posture. This practice is an excellent class for those new to Aqua Yoga and those in need of more core, pelvic floor, and glute integration. 

For this practice, you will need a fairly flat bottom pool, chest depth, ideally with warmer water temperatures (87 F or above)
