A lot of people have asked me about my daily yoga practice, so today I’m sharing it with you. My teacher, Sasha, developed it for me personally. Since it’s a simple routine, she’s been kind enough to let me share it. If you have any concerns whatsoever about your health, talk to your health practitioner about them.
