You need your aura to be fully 'embodied' for your nervous system to function well.
When a person is ungrounded their aura (energy field) protrudes upwards out of their physical body. It can be a dissociative response to trauma.
Symptoms of 'un-groundedness' include: hyper-vigilance, anxiety, tension, headaches, confusion, forgetfulness, paranoia, weakened immune system, scattered thoughts and – eventually – burnout.
This Grounding Meditation shows you how to disperse excess head energy (anxiety) and bring your aura back, fully into your physical body.
It incorporates musical tones in the low C chord which resonate and stimulate the base chakra (the 1st chakra, according to Hindu philosophy).
