The Masterpiece Organizer™ provides structured tools for entering artwork information, uploading supporting files, and maintaining a complete, searchable collection record. The software is delivered digitally and installed directly on the user’s Windows computer.

Your purchase includes two downloadable files required for full functionality.

Masterpiece Organizer™ – Program File

Purpose: This is the core system — the “brains” of the Masterpiece Organizer™. It contains the structure, formulas, and logic that power the entire program. Users should not modify this file beyond the guided fields. It ensures accuracy, consistency, and smooth performance across the system.

What it does:

• Powers calculations, structure, and automated functions

• Serves as the foundation for all data entry

Masterpiece Organizer™ – Data Entry File

Purpose: This is the user‑friendly file where you enter your artwork information. It’s designed for everyday use, allowing you to document, update, and manage your collection without affecting the core program file.

What it does:

• Provides clean, simple fields for entering artwork details
• Keeps your records organized and easy to update
• Works seamlessly with the Program File
• Helps you build a clear, consistent documentation system

• Digital record storage — upload and store documentation related to each artwork
• Inventory management — track artwork status, location, and ownership information

Using the Software

To use the Masterpiece Organizer™, download both files and place them in the same folder on your Windows computer.

• Open only the Masterpiece Organizer™ — Data Entry File
• Do not rename either file
• Do not move the files after downloading
• The Program File must remain in the same folder for the system to function properly
• The two files work together to power your collection records

This ensures the software runs smoothly and maintains accurate links between the program and your data.

File Storage & Backup Instructions

For best performance, store both files internally on your computer (not on an external drive). This prevents broken links and ensures the two files stay connected.

You may save copies to an external drive for backup only, but do not run the software from an external device.

If you transfer the software to another computer:

1. Unlock both files on your current device
2. Transfer both files to the new device
3. Place both files in the same folder
4. Open only the Data Entry File
5. Unlocking is required only once per device

The Masterpiece Organizer™ is available for purchase as a digital download through our secure Payhip storefront. After checkout, you will receive both required files the Program File and the Data Entry File — which must remain together in the same folder for the software to function properly.
