- Module Two is about lifestyle issues that can contribute to a lack of sleep and suggests ways in which you can help your clients make better, sleep-friendly choices
- Module Three looks at health issues that can exacerbate or cause sleeplessness and how therapy can play a part
- Module Four looks at evidence-based programmes and other techniques to help clients experiencing sleep issues, including a wide range of sleep hygiene suggestions and a look at how you can work with these clients no matter what kind of talking therapy you offer.
