This is a discontinued ebook that reflects an earlier stage of my work on applying Conjugate principles to strongman training.
It is no longer part of my active catalogue, but it remains available here as a complete standalone system for athletes and coaches who want to study or run a structured Conjugate-based strongman programme.
This version presents a 12 to 15 week training framework built around Max Effort work, Dynamic Effort work, structured accessories, and strongman-specific event logic. It was written to be usable in commercial gyms, home gyms, and limited-equipment setups.
The emphasis throughout is on decision-making rather than rigid prescription. The programme explains how to select movements, substitute events, organise training weeks, and adapt the system around the athlete in front of you.
