About JHEPC

JHEPC is a strength coaching and education project built around the Conjugate Method and its application to real athletes.


The work here draws on years of hands-on coaching with powerlifters, strongman competitors, and strength athletes across different levels, including world champions and national-level competitors. It also reflects long-term experience adapting Conjugate principles beyond textbook templates and into environments with limited equipment, heavy event demands, and imperfect recovery.


The focus throughout is on structure, decision-making, and repeatable training systems. How to organise weeks and blocks. How to select movements intelligently. How to manage fatigue and progression when strength sport places consistent demands on the body.


JHEPC resources are written for lifters and coaches who already train seriously and want depth rather than shortcuts. Some products represent current systems. Others are archived works that show earlier stages of development. All are presented honestly in terms of scope and intent.


Everything here is educational and training-focused. Nothing is medical or clinical advice. The goal is to provide clear, practical material that supports long-term strength development in powerlifting, strongman, and related strength sports.
