This piece can be performed with or without the accompanying video.

The score, which was used as the foundation of a fixed media piece created to accompany a video,

was also vaguely inspired by a quote from the Alexis Hall novel Glitterland:

Synaesthetic chiaroscuro. An impossible entangling of space and skin,

light and shadow.
