Mid-Year Solo Retreat
The Mid-Year Review solo retreat offers an opportunity to assess how things are going with the goals you set at the beginning of the year. Creating space for reflection throughout the year gives you an opportunity to course correct and make sure you’re investing your time and energy wisely.
This 17-page workbook is divided into four sessions:
- In Session I you’ll reflect on the past six months and celebrate what’s going well.
- In Session II you’ll release what’s no longer relevant to free up space for what is.
- In Session III you’ll realign with your priorities to get back on track.
- In Session IV you’ll redesign your self-care practice to make sure you aren’t sacrificing your health in the process of pursuing your goals.
You may discover that you just need to make a few minor tweaks to your daily routines to achieve your goals. But you may discover instead that your goals need a complete overhaul. Let's face it, life priorities change all the time. Sometimes learning to play the violin just isn't as important as it was before you were dealing with an unexpected life change.
