Lissington Lines jumper
This is an oversized, big and baggy, layer it up, throw everything on type of jumper! It’s great for using up yarn scraps as each stripe only takes up a maximum of 10 grams of yarn. It’s also perfect for using with a yarn Advent Calendar as these tend to have, strangely, a total of 24 different colours!!
It is knit from the top down and has a traditional yoke neck version or an alternative higher back neck line using short rows.
The jumper is knit in Wool is the Answer 4 ply yarn using 3, (3, 4) 100 gm balls (400 metres per ball) for the main shade and 24 mini skeins of 10 gms maximum. If you wish to use scrap yarn in the right weight for the stripes, amounts needed are given in greater detail on the actual pattern but range from 3gms to 10gms..
Because it is such a baggy jumper there are only three sizes - small 32-38" (82-97cm), medium 38-42" (97-107cms) and large 42-50" (107-127cms) chest.
