Before You Order

QR codes are tested before shipping to help ensure they scan properly

• Colors may vary slightly depending on filament availability and screen settings

• Logos may be simplified or slightly modified to make them suitable for 3D printing while maintaining their overall appearance

• We will do our best to closely match your logo and branding, but exact replication is not always possible due to the limitations of 3D printing

• Because each badge reel is made specifically for you, all custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part

Design & Approval Process

Each custom badge reel begins with a non-refundable design deposit, which covers the time required to create your personalized design.

What's Included

• 1 custom digital proof
• Up to 2 rounds of revisions
• QR code creation and testing
• Final print-ready design

After purchasing, you'll receive a link from the designdealer@outlook.com to complete your Custom Design Form.

Once your proof is ready, it will be emailed to you for approval.

After you approve your design, the remaining balance must be paid before production begins. You will receive an invoice for the remaining balance.

Please review your proof carefully. Once approved, no additional changes can be made.

Revision Policy

Your order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.

Examples of revisions include:

• Color adjustments
• Minor text changes
• Small layout changes
• QR code wording changes

Requests for a completely different design, character, logo, or concept are considered a new design and will require an additional design deposit.

Payment Policy

• Design deposit is non-refundable.
• Production does not begin until the final balance has been paid in full.
• Once your design has been approved, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
