How it works

• Type your own groups or artists, members, eras and album versions on the Settings tab. Every dropdown reads from your lists, so it fits any fandom.
• Log albums (artist, album, version, owned or wanted, price, date, where bought, notes).
• Log photocards (artist, member, album or era, card type such as album, POB, lucky draw or fansign, owned / wanted / trading, duplicates, condition, binder page and slot).
• The Dashboard updates by itself: albums and cards owned and wanted, % complete per artist, member and era, total spent, a wishlist estimate and how many cards you can trade, with bar charts.

Share your wishlist for Christmas and birthdays

Everything you mark Wanted appears on a clean, printable Wishlist tab, with an optional rough price. Print it as one tidy page for family. Menu names can change; if a step looks different, see Microsoft's help pages. Anyone with a published or shared link can see that tab, so don't put your address or other personal details on it.

Trades made easy

The Trades tab lists the cards you can swap (marked Trading, or with duplicates) next to the cards you want, plus a trade log with status (proposed, agreed, sent, received, complete).

Format

• One .xlsx file for Excel and LibreOffice. No macros.
• 7 tabs, plus a hidden helper tab that does the calculations (please leave it as it is).
• A copy with sample data (Group A, Group B, Solo Artist C) so you can see it working, and a blank copy to start fresh.
• Room for 500 albums and 500 photocards. The dashboard shows up to 12 artists, 40 members and 40 eras.
• Cute pastel design, frozen headers and filters. Works in any currency.
