Who is this for?

Anyone looking for personalized nutrition support — whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, improved energy, better performance, or breaking old habits. This is great for busy women, riders, moms, and weekend warriors.


Do I need to track my food?

Yes, but it’s simple — all tracking is done directly in the HubFit app. You’ll log meals right in the same platform where you access your workouts (if you're a training client), keeping everything in one place.


Will I get a meal plan?

No rigid meal plans here. Instead, you’ll get a custom macro/calorie target, plus help building balanced meals with foods you enjoy. We’ll use real food, practical ideas, and tools like my Preferred Foods.


What if I don’t want to count macros?

That’s okay too! We can use a habit-based approach or simplified methods like hand-portion guidelines. I’ll meet you where you're at and choose the method that works best for you.


How do we communicate?

You’ll have weekly check-ins plus the ability to message me through the HubFit app whenever you have questions or need support.


Do I need to be a training client?

Nope — this nutrition coaching works on its own, but it pairs extremely well with my training programs or Moto Muscle. I also offer bundle options if you'd like both.


Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — this is a monthly coaching option, and you can cancel before your next billing cycle.

That said, real results take time — I recommend committing to at least 3 months for lasting change and momentum.
