Who is this coaching for?

Anyone ready to commit to becoming stronger, healthier, or more consistent — whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your performance. I work with women, parents, athletes, and everyday movers who want a plan that fits real life.


What kind of support do I get?

You’ll get a fully personalized training plan through my app, weekly check-ins, and messaging access so you can ask questions, get feedback, and stay accountable. I’m here to guide you every step of the way.


What equipment do I need?

Programs can be adapted to fit what you have — whether it’s a full gym, a few dumbbells at home, or something in between. I’ll ask about your setup in the intake form before building your plan.


What if I have an injury or limitation?

No problem — I have experience modifying programs to support joint pain, past injuries, vertigo, limited mobility, etc. Just let me know, and I’ll build around your needs


How often do I train?

That depends on your availability and goals. Most clients train 3–4 days per week, but we’ll tailor the schedule to what works for your lifestyle.


Is nutrition coaching included?

Not in this package, but you can add it as an upgrade. I do offer nutrition consulting and macro setup — reach out if you're interested in bundling services!


Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — this is a month-to-month coaching plan, so you can cancel before your next billing cycle if needed.

That said, real results take time. I strongly recommend committing to at least 3 months of consistent training so we can build momentum, track progress, and make meaningful changes together.
