*TERMS OF AGREEMENT

LIFE+70, (filename "LIFE+700.pdf") will hereafter be referred to as "The Work." The party who buys The Work, hereafter referred to as "The Purchaser," acknowledges that he/she has read, agrees, understands and accepts these Terms of Agreement in full. David Moscovich, hereafter referred to as "The Author," or "David Moscovich."

LIFE+70, is hereafter referred to as "The Work."

The Purchaser, through buying The Work, gains only the right to read The Work silently and privately, via one single ebook copy of The Work. The author, David Moscovich, hereafter referred to as "The Author," retains all and every right to the ownership of The Work, including all copyright and intellectual property rights to The Work. In no way whatsoever does The Purchaser or any other entity gain any rights to use The Work whatsoever. The Purchaser agrees not to distribute, copy, or broadcast The Work in any form whatsoever. The Purchaser acknowledges that The Author retains all rights to The Work, and may distribute, copy, or broadcast The Work.

The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to indemnify David Moscovich of any and all fault whatsoever. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the unheard of price tag of $249,999.99 on The Work holds no meaning other than its use as a marketing tool, used to interest The Purchaser in The Work, and that it does not entitle The Purchaser or any other entity rights to The Work, or any other words, paragraphs, short stories, novels or works by The Author. The Purchaser also agrees to pay for any and all court fees, lawyer fees, legal fees, etc, if The Author chooses to take the matter to a court of law.

Right to Deny Purchaser

The Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that David Moscovich retains the right to deny the purchaser delivery of the work at any time. The Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that David Moscovich retains the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any or no reason whatsoever, at his sole discretion, and is not required to provide a reason for the termination of these terms of agreement. However, the copyright to the work will not be changed, that is, the work will always remain copyright by David Moscovich, even if this agreement is terminated.
