About TourSim Aéropostale (Full English Version)

TourSim Aéropostale plunges you into the skies of the interwar years alongside the pioneers of the Postale. New recruit at Latécoère in the summer of 1926, you are now embarked on an adventure that will take you to the far reaches of Senegal. Finally... if you survive...

For the Line is a man-eater. 160 will succumb to it. It’s up to you to hone your skills, morale, and reputation to etch your name alongside those of Rozès, Guillaumet, Saint-Ex, and Mermoz.

TourSim Aéropostale is a true role-playing game that comes alive in your simulator, on PC or Xbox, and in reality.

Before each leg, roll the dice to determine your destination, departure time, and the weather that will accompany your flight. Use the random events system provided in the documentation or set up a random failure generator (e.g., randfailures) and head to the next airfield.

Engine failure in flight? Make an emergency landing and repair. A crash? Assess material and human damage. A band of Moors attacks you in rebel territory? Roll the dice to learn the outcome of the fight.

For is that not ultimately the fate of a Postale pilot? To gamble his life on the dice...

TourSim Aéropostale contains:

  • The rulebook and aids to develop your hero’s skills (mechanics, meteorology, cartography, survival, panache, and diplomacy).
  • The “Choose Your Own Adventure” book gathering all possible legs of the journey.
  • The map case with 46 flight plans and 84 period maps (first half of the 20th century).
  • 371 richly illustrated pages.
  • A game system offering near-infinite replayability.
  • 20 weather models, from the fog of the Pyrenean foothills to the Sahara sandstorm.

Be a pioneer! Dive into the first role-playing game dedicated to the Great Epic of the Aéropostale in video games. For the full adventure experience, we recommend the legendary free Bréguet XIV available on restauravia.fr and the airfields produced by RedWing. Otherwise, any 1920s-30s aircraft that can push 90 knots will do perfectly.

The TourSim Aéropostale game system is compatible with all flight simulators. X-Plane and P3D players simply need to use weather models native to their games while respecting the difficulty scale provided in the documentation.

For greater immersion, we strongly recommend using the airfields created by Redwing. You can also use its faithful reproduction of the Latécoère 28. Pleasure guaranteed!

Join the airstrip and take to the skies for an extraordinary adventure.
