This program is your immediate action (IA) drill, post a BFA that was unsuccessful.

How to use it

If you have recently been unsuccessful in a BFA, you will be required to pass a re-assessment within 30 days. If you decide to re-attempt within the 30 days, that will be recorded as a re-assessment, and if you are unsuccessful again you will be given a notice to show cause. My recommendation is make full use of the 30 days and follow this program.

After your BFA that you were unsuccessful in, remember your scores, as this will assist you in programming your training to ensure mission success.

Follow the program chronologically from start to finish, taking into consideration that your fourth and final week will be when your re-assessment will take place, and that you should correctly adjust the program for that (adjustments made in program).
