My Site Visit: The Restoration of the Ahupua'a

A first hand account of the restoration efforts being conducted at the Heeia ahupua'a in Heeia, Hawai'i on the island of O'ahu. This account offers an original perspective on the restoration efforts currently underway. These efforts are propelled by community support and spearheaded by the non-profit Paepae O Heeia in conjunction with its partner Papahana Kuaola, as well as Kamamehameha Schools and the Department of Land and Natural Resources.
