Large Practice License - AI Awareness Arc Clinical Starter Kit Founding Edition
The clinical framework for the AI moment therapists are already in.
Your clients are already using AI for emotional support. Most clinicians have no structured way to assess it, respond to it, or work with it therapeutically. The AI Awareness Arc Clinical Starter Kit gives you that structure.
Developed by Jeremy G. Schneider, LMSW, MFT, a licensed therapist and longtime Chief Technology Officer, this kit is the clinical expression of the AI Awareness Arc, a framework built at the intersection of mental health practice and technology expertise.
What Is Included in the Founding Edition
The kit currently includes eight clinical documents:
- AI Awareness Arc Overview The complete framework navigation guide. Every concept, every tool, every cross-reference in one document. Use this to orient yourself to the full framework and as a recovery document if you ever need to re-ground in the model.
- AI Use Clinical Assessment Tool with Intake Screener A two-tier clinical instrument. Tier One adds five targeted questions to your existing intake paperwork. Tier Two is a five-dimension in-session assessment covering frequency and pattern, role and function, dependency, impact, and client insight. Includes opening conversation prompts, a clinical scoring guide, and a quick reference card.
- AI Relational Patterns Clinical Conversation Guide A six-question clinical conversation tool for using client AI interactions as therapeutic material. Surfaces projection, interpretation, and linguistic self-censoring patterns that mirror what clients bring to all their relationships. Includes clinical notes on what each question surfaces and guidance on bringing AI transcripts into session.
- When to Limit or Discourage AI Use Clinical guidance for the five circumstances that warrant a stronger response than curiosity and collaboration. Covers two contraindications and three therapy disruptions with specific clinical guidance for each. Includes a quick reference card.
- Three Conditions for a Steady Swing A quick reference card with three two-column observable markers tables, one per condition: self-awareness, directed engagement, and situational scope. Designed for in-session use when assessing a client's specific AI use capacities.
- Pendulum Principle Clinical Reference Card A one-page clinical summary of the Pendulum Principle. Covers the concept, the Magic versus Reality sides, observable markers for both extremes, and the clinical moment that requires the most careful attention.
- Skepticism Framework Cheat Sheet The complete Skepticism Framework in two parts: the Mechanics of Trust with all seven mechanisms described clearly, and the Engagement Engine, the business logic underneath all of them. Designed as both a clinician reference and a client-facing psychoeducation tool.
- Using AI Without Losing Yourself A consumer-facing guide covering AI Relational Sway, the Pendulum Principle, the three conditions in plain language, and the key self-check questions to carry into any AI interaction. Share directly with clients or use as a psychoeducation handout.
