Training is about competing with yourself to become the strongest version of yourself. It is about the process of building mind, body, and spirit. Strength training is also known as weight training, resistance training, and muscular training. The general definition of strength training is any physical movement in which you use your body weight or equipment (e.g., dumbbells and resistance bands) to build muscle mass, strength, and endurance. There are many benefits to strength training that can improve your health. These benefits include but are not limited to; gaining strength, boosted metabolism, decreased visceral fat, increased leanness, lower risk of injury, improves heart health, helps manage blood sugar levels, promotes greater mobility and flexibility, boosts mood, improves brain health, improves self confidence, and promotes greater quality of life. 


This 8 Week Plan is designed with YOU and YOUR unique goals in mind. We will combine your needs with training tools to develop a plan that jump-starts your fitness goals.

You will receive:

• An Initial Training Plan - I will meet you where you and guide you into the direction of your goals.

• A Customized Training Plan after every check-in. This includes updates to your training plan to fast-track your progress.

• 1:1 Contact with me for personalized guidance and suppprt. You'll receive my contact information for quick responses between approximately 6AM-7PM CST.

• Exercise Form Critiques and Personalized Yoga Stretches to support your plan. This includes execution guidance and weekly recommended yoga stretches.
