Mass Gain contains an 11 page book to guide you through the next 8 weeks of your fitness journey. It breaks the week down into two splits, the first split you will follow for weeks 1-4 and then you will move on to the second split for the remaining weeks 5-8.
The guide gives you each exercise to follow, the reps, sets and also rest periods (if applicable) - all for less than the cost of a Starbucks coffee!
