- Send the brief. Tell us about one product, your audience and goal, approved facts, tone, equipment and locations. Upload assets you are authorised to share.
- Confirm the starting point. We check the scope and confirm the delivery date. Ask us to begin work now, including during the cancellation period, or tell us you prefer to wait. Your published refund rights still apply.
- Receive your plan. Your initial PDF and editable text arrive within three working days after the complete brief is confirmed and your chosen start date arrives.
- Refine, then film. Send one consolidated revision request within seven calendar days. You handle production and publishing.

Good to know before you commission
This is a bespoke creative planning service. It does not include filming, photography, editing, posting, talent, calls, paid-ad management or ongoing support. One product, audience and objective are covered. It does not promise views, clients, sales or income.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Missing or unapproved information pauses the delivery clock until resolved. If we cannot fulfil your brief within scope, we will agree an adjustment before starting or provide a full refund. We never add charges without agreement.
Revision and commercial use
One consolidated revision request is included when sent within seven calendar days of initial delivery. It refines the agreed work for the same product, audience and objective. A new brief or additional round is quoted separately and only proceeds with your agreement. Our errors and statutory service remedies are not limited by that revision window.
You may adapt and use the final scripts and plans for the named product in your own or your client’s content, including paid social ads, and share them with the people producing that work. The document design, fonts, stock assets and reusable materials cannot be resold as a standalone template or competing toolkit. Third-party rights remain with their owners. We do not publish your private brief without permission.
Cancellation and support
You can cancel the Sprint within 14 calendar days of purchase for a full refund, even if you have asked us to start and work has begun or been delivered. After that period, you can cancel any unperformed work and receive a fair refund for the part not supplied; completed work is charged proportionately to the agreed £149 service. No extra cancellation fee applies. Tell us through your private Payhip workspace or the shop’s Contact form. This policy does not limit your statutory rights if the service is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.

What am I buying?
A commissioned creative plan for one product. You receive three original concepts, nine hook options, three scripts and three five-shot plans, supplied as a PDF and editable text.
Will you film or publish the videos?
No. You or your chosen creator films, edits and publishes the content. The Sprint provides the creative direction and a practical filming sequence.
Is this the same as the £49 Shoot Kit?
No. Shoot Kit is a reusable DIY toolkit. The Sprint is a product-specific service created from your brief. You can buy either independently; the Sprint does not include the other products.
Do I need a following or expensive equipment?
No audience size is required to commission a plan. Tell us the equipment and locations you actually have, so the shots fit your resources. Filming quality and commercial outcomes depend on execution and many other factors.
What do you need from me?
One product and objective, intended audience, approved product facts and claim sources, brand tone, filming resources, any must-use or prohibited wording, and assets you have permission to share.
When will I receive it?
Your initial plan is delivered within three working days after CKMEDIA confirms that your complete brief, approved facts and usable assets have been received, and your chosen start date has arrived. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. The confirmation will state your delivery date. Missing information pauses the clock until resolved; changes to scope require agreement first.
Can I request changes?
Send one consolidated feedback message within seven calendar days of the initial delivery. The included revision refines the agreed concepts, hooks, scripts and shot plans for the same product, audience and objective. A new product, a changed audience or a new direction is a new brief; we will quote and obtain agreement before any extra work. The revision is returned within two working days after complete feedback and any clarifications. Corrections for our errors and your statutory rights are unaffected by the revision limit.
Can I use the scripts for client work and paid ads?
You may adapt and use the final scripts and plans commercially for the named product and your own or your client’s content, including paid social ads. You may share the deliverables with your client and appointed production partners to execute that work. You may not resell the supplied document design, fonts, stock assets or reusable service materials as a standalone template or competing toolkit. You retain rights in your supplied materials. Third-party rights remain with their owners; no exclusive rights in fonts, stock, general ideas or underlying methods are transferred. Confidential brief information is not used as a public example without your permission.
Will the plan guarantee sales?
No. We provide a defined creative service. Audience response, production, distribution, pricing and the product itself affect results; no sales, income, views or client outcomes are promised.
Is the sample a real client project?
The complete sample is a fictional/spec fragrance project showing the full scope. It is not a customer commission, testimonial or claim of campaign performance.
