Notice. — A Journal for Seeing God in All Things
Most of us move through our days without really seeing them. We pray, we work, we rest — and still somehow miss the thread of God running through all of it. Not because God is absent. Because we haven't learned to look.
Notice. is a 30-entry guided journal rooted in the Ignatian Examen — a centuries-old practice of prayerful attention. Each day offers a single prompt inviting you to slow down and notice where God was present, where you felt most alive, and where you might be holding on too tightly.
From slave to son. From servant to friend. That's the movement this practice makes possible.
Over four weeks, you'll move through four themes: Creation & Gratitude, Freedom & Indifference, God's Love, and Sin, Shadow & Compassion. This is designed to cultivate honest attention — morning or evening, five minutes or fifty.
Some pages have lines. Some are blank to draw on All of them are yours to observe what comes to you from God in your life.
