I’ve created a series of four gentle yoga classes using my Breathe · Stretch · Rest framework — designed specifically to make yoga adaptable for chronic pain and fatigue.
Each class is around 40 minutes, but most of that time is dedicated to supported rest. The focus isn’t on doing more — it’s on settling the nervous system, moving gently when appropriate, and allowing the body to recover.
These classes can be used:
✨ As a calming practice before bed
✨ As a mini at-home retreat
✨ As a way to still do yoga on low-energy days
✨ As a midday rest when your body needs support
This is yoga that meets you where you are — no pushing, no fixing, no expectations. Just breath, gentle stretch, and rest.
I'm Melissa, a mama of four small children, with a YouTube channel, a part-time job, a husband, home - all the things - and I've managed to bring my symptom levels from moderate to mild (on average, we all have bad days).
And it's my mission to share anything I've learnt that's helped me - with you. So join us for this very gentle yoga series.
I became a yoga teacher because I wanted to share gentle, genuinely safe practices for people living with chronic pain and fatigue — the kind of yoga that often isn’t easy to find.
Balancing accessibility with sustainability hasn’t always been simple. I want this work to be available to those who need it, while also covering the real costs of offering it. That’s why this series is priced using capacity-based options.
Your support helps make this work possible, and your presence here matters just as much.

What people are saying

"For the first time I'm in a yoga class that I feel like I'm actually going to get it...I really can do this and I love how it feels."
- Maysha
“I used the chair yoga on a day where my pain was extremely high. I had already decided that my day was canceled. Going out was not gonna be possible but I did the series and about 10 mins after I noticed I felt more alert and less pain . Before I knew it I was dressed in the car and driving to my sister’s house. I ended up spending the evening there and then going to the grocery store after that. I would have never imagined being able to do a program and have such immediate results.”
