Move Well, Ride Well — Foundation Series (Series 2)

The rider series to create a more connected seat

Does your body get in the way of your riding?

One-sidedness. A stiff lower back. Tension you can’t seem to shake. A seat that doesn’t do what you want it to do.

Your horse feels every single bit of it.

The Foundation Series is four focused sessions designed specifically for riders — built around the biomechanics of what actually happens in the saddle.

What’s inside:

✅ Session 1 — Mobility & One-Sidedness

Every rider has a stronger side. This session addresses the asymmetries that block your horse’s way of going — and starts to even things up.

✅ Session 2 — Core Connection & Strength

Not crunches. Real core — the deep stabilising muscles that give you an independent seat and quiet hands.

✅ Session 3 — Stretches & Recovery

Cool down, release tension, and keep your body supple between rides.

✅ Session 4 — Breathing, Alignment & Pelvic Function

The foundation of everything. Learn how to breathe properly in the saddle, find neutral alignment, and wake up your core the way it was designed to work.

This series works brilliantly on its own — you can start here and get results straight away.

But if you want the full picture? Series 1 and Series 2 together are where the real transformation happens. Series 1 builds your body awareness and introduces the key principles. Series 2 takes that foundation and develops it — more depth, more challenge, more change in the saddle.

👉 Grab the bundle and save — That’s eight sessions of progressive rider-specific work for less than the cost of one lesson.

This series is for you if:

- You feel stiff, crooked or tense in the saddle

- Your instructor keeps telling you the same thing and nothing changes

- You’ve had an injury and want to rebuild safely

- You want to ride better without your body being the limiting factor

This series may not be for you if you’re looking for a quick fix — this is progressive work that builds over time.
