YES! 1-1 private pilates sessions are tailored completely to meet your goals and needs, I want to help you level up. Perfect for complete beginners, pilates pros, anyone who is wanting to try pilates for the first time or level up their pilates practise and really understand and get behind the fundamentals of movements, pilates is beneficial for all and I aim to make it accessible for all.


What to expect and what you will receive..

  • A private 50 minute 1-1 pilates session tailored to you and your goals
  • A postural assessment prior to the session
  • Increased flexibility and mobility
  • Constant learning and challenging your body through new movements
  • Breathwork and advice on how to utilise the breath specific to movement 
  • Advice and knowledge on future movement to take forward and apply to daily life &/or other fitness goals
  • Optional additional nutrition and supplement advice tailored to you 
  • Somatic movements to take away and utilise in your own time

How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.

For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.
