The face behind the morning movement

Hey friend, welcome! Firstly, congrats on making it this far, the first step into your health and wellness lifestyle change is always the hardest, trust me, I've walked the walk! Good thing is you're not alone, in fact you're in great hands with me, yes I absolutely do believe so.


Why? you may ask, well a few reasons.. my health and wellness journey started wayyyy back when I was a long haul (slightly wild) flight attendant flying all around the world, I somehow stumbled across bodybuilding, then it transpired to becoming a fitness coach alongside many other things such as a women's health coach, One day I got bored and booked a one way to bali and re-trained in mat and reformer pilates, then to Perth and completed my full diploma in classical pilates.. and here we are now breaking into the (online) somatic pilates world.


I want to help you, in all ways possible, achieve your goals. Whether that be aesthetic, postural, fitness, strength, flexibility, control, mindset work, breath work, even to if you wanted to change or improve the way you walk.. you want it? I got it. I combine my vast knowledge of women's health, holistic health, wellness, bodybuilding, movement, postural correction, assessment and alignment, pilates in all shapes and forms, somatic breath work, somatic movement and somatic pilates, injury prevention, trauma release, the list goes on.. oh and people. (< people knowledge being THE most important, in my humble opinion).. I'm a people lover, and a lover of people, if you have made it this far (well done) you've found your safe space..
