Sojourn is a cabled scarf with tapered ends, inspired by the journeys that nourish our hearts and minds. Worked flat from end to end, the scarf begins with three stitches, and increases are worked until the fullest width is reached. Then the scarf is worked even, before decreases are worked to create a point at the other end.

Pattern includes both charted and written instructions. Techniques required: increasing, decreasing, cables.

Accessibility: This pattern includes an additional digital pdf in an easy-to-read format. The easy-to-read format is written in 22 point sans serif font (Arial) in all black text, in a single column. It has no italics. All of the directions are fully written out. No charts are used for this version.
