You log into your member dashboard using your email and password. From there, you can immediately access your courses, watch videos and download resources. Access what you need on demand or join the live sessions.
3. Manage Your Membership
Your subscription renews automatically each month, and you receive an email receipt for your records. You can update your billing information at any time through your account settings, and if you ever decide to leave, you can cancel your subscription directly from your dashboard.

The Marketing Clarity Club is a subscription-based membership providing marketing guidance, resources, training, templates, tools, workshops, community support, and related content designed to help members develop greater clarity and confidence in their marketing activities.
Membership benefits may evolve over time as the Club develops.
2. Membership Subscription
By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly membership fee displayed at the time of purchase.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month through Payhip unless cancelled before your next billing date.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details remain accurate and up to date.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Club and its resources.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Payhip account.
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
No partial-month refunds will be provided for unused time following cancellation.
Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to retain access to member-only content after your membership period ends unless explicitly stated otherwise. Click here for support:
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Club and the immediate access provided to member resources, training, templates, recordings, and materials, all membership payments are non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of The Marketing Clarity Club in cases of:
- Duplicate payments.
- Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges.
- Exceptional circumstances where required by law.

Purchasing membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the materials for your own personal or business use.
6. Restrictions on Use
Members must not:
- Share their login details or membership access with others.
- Reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or commercialise Club materials.
- Upload member content to public websites, social media, or file-sharing platforms.
- Present Club content as their own work.
- Record, redistribute, or republish live sessions without written permission.
Any breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.

While reasonable efforts will be made to maintain uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee that the Club or associated platforms will always be available without interruption.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Marketing Clarity Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- Use of the Club.
- Inability to access the Club.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for membership during the preceding 30 days.

Any personal information collected through Payhip or associated membership systems will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
Member information will never be sold to third parties.
13. Changes to These Terms
The Marketing Clarity Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The most current version will always be available within the membership or on the associated sales page.
Continued use of the Club after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Club shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
