Improve your partnership with your horse.

Pilates for horse riders is about so much more than exercise. It’s about creating a true partnership with your horse — whether you’re a weekend hacker or a top-end competitor.

When your body moves better, your horse feels it immediately. Better posture, a quieter seat, more balanced aids — it all starts with you.

This four-session introductory series is designed specifically for riders. No gym. No equipment. Just you, your mat, and ten minutes that will genuinely change how you and your horse feel together.

Guided by Lisa — a Level 3 qualified Pilates instructor, Rider Biomechanics Trainer, and Equipilates™-trained specialist with over 20 years of equine experience. Lisa works with riders from grassroots all the way to Olympic and Paralympic pathway level — whether you’re looking to improve your performance and competition results, or returning to the saddle after an accident or injury and rebuilding your confidence and strength.

What’s included:

✔ Session 1 — Alignment & How It Affects Your Riding

✔ Session 2 — Beginner Mobility for Riders

✔ Session 3 — Core Strength & Control

✔ Session 4 — Key Stretches for Horse Riders
