Believe me when I say I have tried EVERYTHING from fad diets, to no-carbs, to protein shakes and pills that promised me "to get my dream body".... the hard truth is that I waisted YEARS of my fitness journey doing the WRONG things and sadly (but realistically) no matter how hard I was working I wasn't getting results. For so long I struggled finding motivation going to the gym, especially when I didn't see the results. But hey I got you covered :)

This program is unique because:

-It includes structured training plans that are tailored to your availability/schedule and will challenge you at any fitness level that you are at.

-The information contained is focused on maximizing muscle building and accelerating fat loss while also having a focus on mental health. I try to mindful about what is truly "bad advice" and be aware of not only the complexities of diet and training but also YOU as an individual. I care about you! The whole fitness and health industry can sometimes be neglectful of this and as a result, does not set you up for long-term success. This guide is meant to help you think deeply about your approach to fitness and nutrition and critically evaluate which is best for you rather than pay money for a guide that may not work for you.

-My philosophy is simple: if you can't fall in love with fitness and your way of eating then it probably won't work out. Luckily, that is what this guide is here to help you do.

In short, I poured my heart and soul into this guide and I hope that it can change your life.
