WHAT TO EXPECT

Spinal Mobility + Rocket 2 Workshop

Saturday 21st March 2026 11am-3pm


This 4-hour workshop blends science and flow to help you move with freedom and strength! 


The first half focuses on spinal mobility, posture assessment, and technique, helping you understand and unlock your body’s full range. In the second half, we’ll channel that awareness into an energising Rocket 2 Yoga practice. We’ll begin with pranayama and meditation, building to the physical practice, featuring a variety of inversions, deep backbends, and powerful transitions.


Perfect for anyone looking to refine their posture, build resilience, and explore advanced movement in a supportive environment 🧘🏻‍♀️

This workshop will be 4 hours long from 11am - 3pm. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.


📍Location: 24a, the lanes shopping centre, Birmingham Rd, Wylde Green, Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield B72 1YG . Parking is available in the shopping centre car park and is free for the first 4 hours.


Blocks and mats will be provided, but if you prefer to bring your own then please feel free!

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I arrive? 

Please arrive approximately 15 minutes before the allocated start time (any earlier and the doors will not yet be open). Doors will close promptly at the start time. 


If I'm a beginner, can I still join? 

Mindset is everything. Come ready to be challenged! We’ve structured these workshops to help you build strength, stability and flexibility before we dive into the Rocket practice. Rocket 3 is the most challenging, therefore this is not suitable for complete beginners. 


What are the facilities like? 

The workshops will be held in a boutique yoga studio, with access to toilets, changing rooms and showers.


What should I wear?

Wear comfortable gym or yoga attire as there will be lots of movement involved! Layering your clothing is a good idea to be able to take off a layer during physical practice and to have a layer to put back on during meditation.


What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring yourself and a bottle of water! Refreshments and food will also be provided. All mats and props will be provided, but you can bring your own if you prefer. 


I have an injury, can I still attend? 

Absolutely, we will provide adaptations where needed to consider all students. A pre-screening will be done on injuries; if you’re unsure then contact Carly or Chloe prior to booking. 


Why is the workshop 4 hours long? 

You’re getting expertise from two teachers in different fields, and therefore expanding your knowledge and skill set vastly. 4 hours is needed to cover topics in depth. Don’t worry, there will be a short lunch break in-between (refreshments and food provided). Additionally, you can take breaks as and when needed! 


What if I can no longer attend?

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy - please contact Carly or Chloe in the event of a cancellation.
