Lima Jumper

The Lima Jumper is inspired by retro knitwear designs but has a contemporary update to make it a striking garment. The easy and wearable shape is offset by the simple and dramatic zig zag detail on the hem and cuffs. The jumper is knitted in Sports weight yarn on 5mm needles, which creates a lightweight and fine fabric. Make sure to do a tension square to accertain your yarn is suitable for this design.

The body and sleeves of Lima is knitted in the round, making it a nearly seamless jumper. Great for an intermediate knitter ready to embrace colour work.

Small: UK sizes 8-10, to fit approx 92cm/36″ chest (colour A: 7 colour B: 2 balls of yarn)
Medium: UK sizes 12-14, to fit approx 100cm/39″ chest (colour A: 7 colour B: 2 balls of yarn)
Large: UK sizes 16-18, to fit approx 108cm/42″ chest (colour A: 8 colour B: 2 balls of yarn)
X-Large: UK sizes 20-22, to fit approx 116cm/45″ chest (colour A: 9 colour B: 2 balls of yarn)

Knitted on 4mm and 5mm circular needles, 80 cm cable.

Tension: 18 sts and 24 rows to 10 cm square over Stocking Stitch using 5mm needles.
