This course offers a transformative journey designed to help you uncover and shift the unconscious patterns that shape your relationships. At the heart of this experience is your Relationship Blueprint — the map formed by your early family experiences, attachment styles, and nervous system responses. You’ll explore how these imprints influence your emotional world and relational dynamics today.

Through somatic awareness, breathwork, and mind-body integration, you’ll develop a new, compassionate relationship with yourself — one rooted in presence, safety, and inner alignment.


What You’ll Learn in Each Module:

MODULE ONE: The Foundation

We begin by uncovering the biological and emotional origins of your Relationship Blueprint.

  • Learn how your nervous system became dysregulated in response to stress, disconnection, or unmet needs
  • Identify your dominant attachment anxiety style — anxious, avoidant — and how it shows up in your relationships
  • Understand the role of early experiences in shaping unconscious relational patterns
  • Explore why healing requires more than insight — and how mind-body integration opens the door to lasting change

This module sets the stage for compassionate self-awareness and lays the foundation for healing work that is both emotional and embodied.


MODULE TWO: Body and Breath Awareness

Once you’ve identified your patterns, the next step is to develop the capacity to stay present with yourself — especially in moments of emotional charge.

  • Learn how to tune into your body’s subtle signals, including tension, holding, and shutdown
  • Practice grounding and breathing exercises that calm the nervous system and restore a sense of safety
  • Build a “felt sense” of internal safety so that you can begin to interrupt and rewire habitual reactions
  • Cultivate the internal environment necessary for changing your Relationship Blueprint from the inside out
  • This module helps you reconnect with the wisdom of your body, which is essential for transforming patterns that words alone cannot reach.


MODULE THREE: Family of Origin Work

This is the core of the course — where you’ll begin to piece together your personal Relationship Blueprint by looking closely at your past.

  • Examine how your early family dynamics influenced your beliefs about love, boundaries, and emotional safety
  • Use tools like genograms, structured reflection, and journaling to map intergenerational patterns and attachment wounds
  • Recognize how these early adaptations — though once protective — may now block intimacy, trust, and connection
  • Identify where these relational imprints live in your body and how they show up in current relationships
  • By shining light on the roots of your relational pain, you’ll gain clarity and compassion — two necessary ingredients for change.


MODULE FOUR: Mind-Body Integration

his module brings it all together. Now that you understand your Blueprint and have built somatic awareness, it’s time to create new pathways for connection.

  • Follow a step-by-step process for noticing, interrupting, and shifting entrenched patterns
  • Practice advanced somatic and breath-based techniques to release stuck energy and rewire the nervous system
  • Develop a Personal Healing Blueprint — a guide you can return to as you continue to grow and evolve
  • Begin to embody new relational templates based on safety, authenticity, and self-trust

This final phase of the journey supports long-term integration and helps you step into more fulfilling, regulated, and connected relationships — starting with the one you have with yourself.

I’m Dr. Mandy Cisler — and my story might sound a lot like yours.

I grew up in an environment that didn’t meet my attachment needs.


Like many of us, I developed protective patterns just to get through — people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional withdrawal, self-abandonment.


But those strategies left me disconnected from myself and stuck in painful relationship dynamics.


For years, I searched for healing — spending time (and money!) on approaches that never quite got to the root.


It wasn’t until I integrated nervous system work with somatic and attachment-based healing that things finally shifted.
