This course offers a transformative journey designed to help you uncover and shift the unconscious patterns that shape your relationships. At the heart of this experience is your Relationship Blueprint — the map formed by your early family experiences, attachment styles, and nervous system responses. You’ll explore how these imprints influence your emotional world and relational dynamics today.
Through somatic awareness, breathwork, and mind-body integration, you’ll develop a new, compassionate relationship with yourself — one rooted in presence, safety, and inner alignment.
MODULE ONE: The Foundation
We begin by uncovering the biological and emotional origins of your Relationship Blueprint.
This module sets the stage for compassionate self-awareness and lays the foundation for healing work that is both emotional and embodied.
MODULE TWO: Body and Breath Awareness
Once you’ve identified your patterns, the next step is to develop the capacity to stay present with yourself — especially in moments of emotional charge.
MODULE THREE: Family of Origin Work
This is the core of the course — where you’ll begin to piece together your personal Relationship Blueprint by looking closely at your past.
MODULE FOUR: Mind-Body Integration
his module brings it all together. Now that you understand your Blueprint and have built somatic awareness, it’s time to create new pathways for connection.
This final phase of the journey supports long-term integration and helps you step into more fulfilling, regulated, and connected relationships — starting with the one you have with yourself.
I grew up in an environment that didn’t meet my attachment needs.
Like many of us, I developed protective patterns just to get through — people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional withdrawal, self-abandonment.
But those strategies left me disconnected from myself and stuck in painful relationship dynamics.
For years, I searched for healing — spending time (and money!) on approaches that never quite got to the root.
It wasn’t until I integrated nervous system work with somatic and attachment-based healing that things finally shifted.
