First Steps in Confidence Building
This course will help you to fully understand what confidence is and develop strategies to release pattterns of negative thinking and how to build onfidence.
What you get is three modules delivered in a video (MP4) format, with each video lasting around 25 to 35 minutes, covering the sources of confidence limiting thoughts. In total you will receive approx 90 minutes of material.
What the difference is between confidence and self esteem and how they are inter-related. What core beliefs are and how they can impact on your confidence. and influence how you view life.
Recognising different types of negative thoughts and understanding their impact on your confidence levels. Looking at how negative thoughts impact your behaviour and limit your potential
Putting it all together, and finding strategies to control and change your limiting thoughts Motivation to actually take action, and delaing with setbacks. Looking at the further steps you can take to build confidence.
Carolyn Potter who delivers the course is a hypnotherapist who specialises in helping clients improve their confidence levels. In her practice in Crowthorne, Berkshire in the UK, she uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques in conjunction with hypnosis to help clients achieve change in their mindsets. She has seen hundreds of clients over her 11years of practice and has delivered this course on many occasions on a face to face basis and it has always been well received. Although no hypnosis is used in this online course, she incorporates the experience gained from her many years of experience in this field in this course.
