The Adventure: Portraits for Trusting, Courageous Humans

The Adventure is a digital portrait option for trusting, open humans.

You give me information about your someone. I ask about personality, particular quirks you really adore, and physical characteristics that are important. I ask you how you'd like to feel when you engage with the artwork and if there are any styles of art or colors you really like (or don't like). You send me reference photos and I might ask a few more clarifying questions.

Then I make something. It's an adventure because what I make is going to be a surprise (probably for both of us).

What I've learned in a few years of making art is that it's really tough for people to describe what they want accurately. At least in a way where my interpretation is close to what they meant for me to understand. And it's really stressful to create art that's subject to expectations.

So The Adventure is an experiment in creating things freely from a joyful, loving place.

There are no revisions or refunds with The Adventure. You can order the digital artwork only (that's the default) and manage your own printing, or you can order a professional print directly through me or the online gallery where your artwork will be.

Delivery time depends on what my creation queue is like. I'll give you an update once you send reference photos and information.
